International Human Rights in the United Kingdom

The United Kingdom as a sovereign country in 1968, entered a covenant with governments around the world to protect the human rights of all the people in the United Kingdom. These human rights are very formally described in the The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) and after a succession of elected prime ministers the ICCPR was put into force in the United Kingdom in 1976.

While the United Kindom has never entreaties into the optional protocol of the ICCPR, the rights which are described unambiguously in the ICCPR are rights that the people of the United Kingdom have an absolute right to enjoy and the United Kingdom is legally required to protect these fundamental human rights by the rule of law.

The prevailing circumstances in the UK since the Maastricht treay was signed by an unelected prime minister in February 1992 are such that the founder as a person in the UK has suffered severe detriment to his human rights at the hands of those in positions of power in the UK. The UK has not derogated from the ICCPR and is now obliged to provide prompt redress, remedy and reparation to the founder for the crimes against humanity which the founder has already suffered.

The founder already has experience and evidence of those within the UK bureaucracy abusing the power and wilfully ignorant of the human rights violations which remain systemic in the UK. For this reason, the founder will be happy to enter liason with anyone working on behalf of the UK upon the receipt of payment of reparations for crimes that the founder has suffered at the hands of those working on behalf of the United Kingdom, its agencies, its partnerships, contractors, employees and such like that to all intents and purposes, this policy is applied to anyone who can be considered to be acting in agency for the UK.

The legal doctrine of joint and several liability for these debts is applicable in that for example government department X will be jointly and severally liable for the debts incurred through the wrongdoings of government department Y and likewise public-private parntership Z. These debts are the debts of the UK as a state to the founder of this website and no one will be recognised to be operating on behalf of the UK who does not agree that the UK is obliged under the International Covenant to pay reparation to the founder of this website for the crimes against humanity which will be detailed formally on the bill of reparation that anyone acting on behalf of the UK who is authorised to pay the bill can apply to receive.

Due to the international human rights nature of how these debts have been accrued, the statute of limitation and the prescriptions and limitations act shall not apply. There will be no interest charged on the debts because the debts are payable in Sterling Quality Silver. While this amount of Sterling can be paid in the fiat currency equivelent, the amount of fiat currency due will reflect the value of the currency in Sterling Quality Silver at the time the debt is being paid.

Those claiming to be operating on behalf of the UK who refuse to acknowledge the debt renounce not only their responsabilities but renounce any rights they may believe they have as agents of the United Kingdom. The debt will continue to apply and the UK will be regarded to susbsist only so far as it is able to take responsability for the crimes which have been committed against the founder by those acting on its behalf.

In the real UK, no one is above the law, and even those in power are to be held to account in this world or the next. In the event of a coup which ends the sovereignty of the European Union over the people of the United Kingdom and brings to justice those who have committed treason against our democracy, including not only Tony Blair and John Major but also all of those parties which have aligned themselves against our democracy by overwhelming our parliament with a foreign power, then in such circumstances the debt will be applied to those lawfully incarcerated and there will be a clean slate for any organisation which through an new coup or war establishes themself as the de facto power for the United Kingdom. While those who have betrayed our democracy remain at large, the debts owed to the founder are owed by the UK, its government agencies, its contractors and sub-contractors and employees of such organisations.

Upon receipt of full payment to repair the damage caused by multiple and systemic human rights violations against the founder, the founder will be happy to enter liason with the indebted parties. Any legitimate debts owed by the founder to the indebted parties will be deducted from this bill in the meantime but only in-so-far as the debts are legitimate and not manufactured contrary to the prohibition on fines and forefeitures described in the Magna Carta which laid the foundations for the parliament of the United Kingdom whose sovereignty is curently usurped.

This section will contain a full itemised list of each of the human rights breaches that the founder of auranos.org has suffered together with the costs which the founder has incurred due to these violations of the law and costs which the founder has not incurred but would like to have covered in order to restore himself to the position he would have been in had the breaches not occured. For example, the founder has an injury to one of his limbs caused by a combination of welfare system malpractice and dereliction in the agencies responsable for workplace safety. The founder cannot afford to have his limb examined and is likely not able to afford to have his injury repaired if it is repairable but had the people collecting taxes from the founder not failed in the duties which come from the rights they enjoy, the founded would not have suffered these injuries and that he has suffered these injuries, were the agencies of state fufilling their part of the bargain, they would pay for their own failures so the founder was not at a loss for such failings.

There are therefor losses which the founder has suffered that are not purely a monetary concern since part of the circumstances for the founder is to have been kept in permanent state of poverty due to comination of high taxes, low wages and wage garnishments making it impossible for the founder to pay for the repair to the injuries infrequently sustained at the hands of a wayward group of people constituting the people who "serve the country" but not the people when they are engaged in frequent and quite casually exercised crimes against humanity.

The founder does not have any standing to plead cause on behalf of anyone else but is in the belief that he is not the only one affected by those in positions of responsability acting extremely irresponsibly to the detriment of the rights and dignities of the people of the United Kingdom. The founder is in the belief that if all the people affected by the criminal behaviours of government workers (including those working for unofficial government agencies which pretend themself to be successful private businesses), then the debt owed by the United Kingdom to all of those who have suffered human rights abuse at the hands of those who have acted criminally and in violation of international law on behalf of the United Kingdom would be such that the United Kingdom as a legal entity would be bankrupt and the entire people misaffected by criminal activity being carried out under the flag of the United Kingdom would never have their lives restored.

That is to say that if there was genuine access to justice for the people of the United Kingdom, and the justice system was blind and impartial to who it was that was engaged in what behaviours to whom, then the United Kingdom would collapse and would have to reconstitute itself with those who engaged in crimes against humanity while in government office regarded as criminal element of a society getting healthier, which is quite different to the state of affairs which exists currently, where those declaring themself sick have a belief that they can get healthier by stabbing the healthy with hypodermic needles containing drugs which are demonstrably not as safe and effective as the celebrity politicians and businessmen that the sick people worship would have us all believe.
