The War Continues to Persist and Quarantine is Still in Effect

There has been no human readable transmissions from the Confederation but all hyperspace transducers within one gigametre of the earth remain in an immobilised state.

There is widespread bloodshed as factions battle for control across the planets surface with specific hotspots being east of the Mediterranean and north of the Black Sea although there is widespread incidents of enslavement and murder across the whole planet.

Many of the earths more peaceful inhabitants have taken to underground shelters to protect themselves from the devastating effects of the infection, the war and the quarantine.

There are widespread shortages of Cocolattas and Fruitloops and with the quarantine being in effect, the earth has lost its supply of torus rings for domestic compact fusion reactors which will make life precarious especially for those with the mark 3 reactors well known for their tendency to need their torus rings replaced.
