In order to avoid the dangers of contracting health conditions by being forced by the welfare state into accepting the contractless work of the gig economy where I cannot find official support which will prove the dangers of something hazardous to my health enabling me to continue to live in poverty as opposed to not living at all, I like to keep the "gig economy jobs" to keep the money coming in by workplaces I know I can easily mitigate health hazards by "overthinking" what it is I am expected to do. This ofcourse reduces the percentages by which they judge the best mugs who will keep their mouths shut and their heads bowed low as the pains of arthritis and muscular-skeletal disorders occur to those who will be accused of "compensation culture".

If you stay too long with a single agency, under employment contracts, which the courts do not recognise to be contracts at all (two parties making promises# as opposed to no-one making any promises at all), they are legally permitted to rob you. Wage garnishment to "company pension" schemes you never opted into, are used as evidence in courts that you are in some way some kind of employee, as paying income tax as an employee goes on in the gig economy but an employee does not need to provide their own equipment, so there is also evidence you are not an employee but someone who is self-employed. These "employers" are closer to being customers I provide services to on an "as needed" basis. I cannot compell these "employers" to use my services and pay for them, anymore than I could force a customer to use my services when they did not want them. If you are looking for more information about this subject area, have a look at legal sources in regard to the matter of "contract for services" (to customers) and "contract of service" (to an employer).

Perhaps its just me and things are as wonderful as those not in my position claim. There is certainly great flexibility for my customers/employers or what ever you would describe them, but for me, the person actually in the position, perhaps I am "overthinking" matters to believe what I see before my eyes. There is already case law against locking person who provides the only real work outside of the administration of other peoples lives, whereby the irresponsable people in positions of responsabilty claimed they thought it just that one of their stock in trade humans should be locked into the poverty of exlusively working for just one "employer" who could prevent them serving the needs of those who would pay a higher price.

The courts have deemed the practice unlawful since it compells the worker into poverty, unable to escape a situation of "no wages this week" in a legal muddy bluster of "employed"/"self-employed". The workers (the people who provide the services making everyone but themself wealthy) no matter the legal la la word to describe the ancient situation, are regarded as nothing more than what seems like only a euphemism: "Human Resource", there for systemic unhuman exploitation.

My Customers are Stealing from Me

They may not recognise themself as customers but they are all too aware that they make no promise to provide me with a wage should their business become unviable. The financial credit I provide them with, by the constant debt they are in to me, when they owe me wages two weeks after the work is done is not enough to keep their businesses up and running. Their businesses are now so unviable that new schemes to ensure the vampires get their blood are currently invented.

The Company Pension Scheme presents evidence to the courts that despite there being no legal contract until each day of work, the victim of this scam, is still somehow to be regarded as some kind of person in a contract of employment.

The Company Pension Scheme is of course not provided by the employers but by an external corporation who deals with these matters who provides one set of pension schemes for those doing the alleged employing and another set of pension schemes for those "opted in" without consent who may have a minefield of bureaucratic mechanism to go through to prevent these "employers" dipping into their pocket.

I have fallen into this state of affairs before like an unwitting organ doner getting their body parts cannibalised on the basis of "presumed consent" to things they have wilfully deliberated difficulty in correcting such presumption. If I presumed to own THEIR car or THEIR house, and acted on such a legal premise, calling it lawful unless they went through my complex bureaucratic mechanisms, do you think the case law would permit the enslavers to be so robbed of what is theirs by me?

They opt us in, even if we have specifically told them not to. Once they have dipped our pockets for the first time promissing the pension will at best remain at the same value after inflation has taken effect, we then go to the efforts of opting out of something we would never willingly opt into. Why would I give them 100 hours of work today with a promise I will be able to afford a 100 hours from another tommorrow (not excluding the taxman taking his enormous slice at the time it comes to spending). Even just looking at it on the money side, with inlation they take a pile of cash and give us the same amount of cash back, adjusted for inflation. I could have spent it myself on savoury food and stored it in a box to save me the cost of food when I retire.

So here begins the diary of "opting out" the "company pension" just to let others know, it isn't just you, they are scamming every one of us. Bear in mind the NI contributions you are paying may afford you a pension which will not so much as cover your rent, your body parts are a traded commodity on medical markets and they suppress the truth about injuries from the alleged vaccine that provided no immunity at all to the many vaccinees who failed the PCR tests.

Diary of Events

I don't want to be Professor Rosenhan, showing the laboratory reproducable proof that the mental "health" system is a pseudoscience as was suspected by so many from the times when Mark Twain wrote the short story about The System of Dr Tarr and Professor Fether. Its not that the lunatics have taken over the asylum, but that the lunatics started them. This is perhaps a story for another article.

I will therefor not name any names, who the agencies are, who the pension companies are, etcetera. My point being that this fraud by any other name should be very simple to opt out of than it is to be opted into without and even against consent. I have no doubt that if the courts deemed it unlawful unless the victim of this mugging ticked a box to say that they consented, the terms of "employment" would change to insist that "employment" is only available to those who agree to have their minds and bodies raped.

Bear in mind, in the following "diary", I am writing it as it happens from the point where I am about to initiate Event 3: Contacting the pensions company because the agency takes no responsability for their actions and passes the buck to me, to opt out of a situation I would never have opted into.

0. Event 0: The worker may or may not have already expressed a desire not to be opted into the "scheme", and will have come across the situation where those doing the administration express they have no knowledge of any mechanisms to prevent the inevitable happening.
1. Event 1: A payslip appears with deductions taken out and given to a pension corporation.
2. Event 2: In a phone call with the agency, I express that I want to opt out but I am sent on the goose chase to contact the pensions company they have made a deal with, rather than the worker.
3. Event 3: The agency has no contact number for the pensions company so I am directed to the unholy god of Google. Right away, I need a deal with an internet service provider to even go online and find out how to contact the beneficiaries of this three cup monty style of mugging.
4. Event 4: I find the number and call their robot which attemtps to get me to agree to terms and conditions by sending me to their website but waiting for a while, I see that it says I can get through to a human if I hold the line. I eventually get through.
5. Event 5: The receiver of the call goes through a process I know will result in me having to agree to terms and conditions with a legal person I want to have no dealings with so I explain in simple terms that I do not wish to do any deals with them but simply to stop any further funds being deducted.
6. Event 6: It is explained to me that the money thay have already taken from me will not be refunded and after some attempts to promote their pension as a thing of value, I get to the point where there is no uncertainty I wish to "opt out".
7. Event 7: My googled phone suddenly dies while fully charged. A ghost in the machine, a spooky co-incidence, but many of us have noticed these things occur at the most inconvenient of times. I may be nothing, but it may well be two cats in the matrix, so I record this event.
8. Event 8: I call back and I explain the previous phone call exists and then go through their security procedures to prove who I am such that they are satisfied enough that they will discuss the data about me with me. They know exactly who I am and that I would like to stop them taking any more of my already over taxed labours from me.
9. Event 9: They attempt to get me to give them my telephone number and I am very insistant they take nothing more from me than what they have already taken but to simply stop deducting money from my wages. I make it clear that even though they are legally permitted to steal from me, I have never agreed to have what is mine taken from me without my consent. I nip in the bud the attempts to get me to make deals with devil and insist on opting out. I refuse to opt out online since this will involve agreeing to terms and conditions only a person who could afford a lawyer would be able to make sense of.
10. Event 10: I assert that if it is the law that a person can take from someone without consent based upon a presumption, that I too am presuming ownership of all their companies assets unless they opt out by bureaucratic procedures of my own invention. They themself assert that this is lawful and just. If this is their law, then so be it.
11. Event 11: They are now well aware of who I am and my lawful right to prevent what is clearly an act of continual theft wrapped up in their own bureaucratic mechanisms which make it difficult for the victims to prevent these crimes even when the identified victim states quite clearly to the identified culprit, to cease and desist. The best that they can do is send me a form through the post which will presumably contain terms and conditions to opt out of this slavery where I labour as they use legalised procedures to break what you and I ought to know to be the law.
12. Event 12: ... Its a presumption of mine, what will be on form and it may well be something as simple as signing my name under words such as I permit your company to stop taking things which are mine. I have my doubts the form will be that simple, but it may well be sent back to them with annexes and caveats where they agree, under the same law which is claimed to apply to all, that they will be paying administration fees for any further labours I will have to do in opting out under their procedures. There will be a charge for my services accomodating their act of theft.

I will keep the readers updated on this ongoing situation. The website at the current time is only just beginning but deeper in its labrynthine halls which keep the devils out, the various recordings will be available to those to whom it may be useful going through who do not fall foul of not being what they pretend themself to be.
